Northwest Dental Studio accepts most major dental insurance plans. If you're not sure whether we're in-network with your provider, call us or book online and we'll verify your benefits before your first appointment, at no charge.

What to bring to your first visit:

• Drivers License or Photo ID
• Your insurance card
• Your insurance provider's name and member ID
• Any referral documentation if required by your plan

We handle the claims process on our end. If there's a balance after your insurance pays, we'll explain exactly what it covers and what remains before any treatment begins.

• HSA and FSA cards

Payment is due at the time of service. If you have questions about a bill or want to understand a charge before your appointment, our team is happy to walk you through it.

If your treatment plan goes beyond what insurance covers, we offer financing options to help spread the cost over time. We'll walk you through what's available based on your situation so you can move forward with the care you need without putting it off.

Financing is subject to credit approval. Ask our team for details at your appointment, or call us ahead of time and we'll answer any questions before you come in.
